MY JOURNEY till 2012:

​

Mohammad Fawze Bazzi, have a legal background of good experience in the law sector along with expert  knowledge of commercial and international law. Usually have a habit digging deep into any assignment given. This helps in understanding things better and gives a micro level know-how about the assignment which in turn helps in successfully fulfilling it. Also accomplished professional offering 12 years of experience in the Retail sector, sales and international exposure, associated with AL Ghanim - Industries (XCITE) – Kuwait since 2000 till Dec 2012, at a senior position as a Head of Digital department and Outsourcing Support, Advanced Skills in sales, merchandising, category management, brand management, product promotion, Retail display and Planograms. Expertise in leading team members is steering the entire Retail Category, with significant exposure in international sourcing, liaising with dealers / vendors and handling category management for start-up business in across all market channels. An efficient communicator combining sound coordination, interpersonal & mentoring skills with analytical & leadership capabilities to enhance organizational objective.

 

Lawyer stager – Practice law at Lawyer office - Lebanon (1997 – 2000), Good experience with commercial law that governs business and commercial transactions and expert  with international law which is the set of rules generally regarded and accepted as binding in relation between states and nation.

 

Category Head (IT, Mobile, Gaming) – at Alghanim Industries – X-cite (Electronics) December 2000 - 2012 (12years).I selected to be on the Weekly Review Meeting as (WRM) member at Alghanim Electronics 5years, the team that decides the sensitive and top confidential Strategic decisions, where I built my senior level skills and to analyze the business from high level point of view.

  • X-CITE Stores: I managed to be part of the success stories by creating a superlative experience in shifting Alghanim Electronics from cluttered walking ways, poor display and customers completely depends on salesmen, to re-invent Alghanim Electronics into the shopping destination where Technology Meets Excitement, the X-CITE by Alghanim Electronics. (I started with Alghanim by 6 showrooms at 2000 and end up by Alghanim with 15 showrooms 2012) where I build my floor level experience.

  • Online Sales: we started X-cite ecommerce website, by developing the internal process within my team to be able to cater to the online needs without having to do double our work.

General Manager BTS  (Albatain group): 2015 till 2020

Manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives. Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company. Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion

Develop the distribution plans ( SAMSUNG, OPPO and Multibrand business)

 

we started RETAIL & SWITCH.COM ecommerce website &APPS , by developing the internal process within my team to be able to cater to the online needs without having to do double our work.
